Maternity Session

Cancellation Policy

A signed contract and a deposit are required to secure your session date with Lillian Charles Photography and H & H Photography. Deposits are refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Clients who need to reschedule must do so within seven (7) days of the original booking date. Session dates and times are reserved exclusively for you; therefore, deposits may not be transferred to another client. In the event of illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
