All images created by Lillian Charles Photography and H & H Photography are protected under United States copyright law. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Lillian Charles Photography, H & H Photography, lillian-charles.com, and HeatherBures.com retain the exclusive copyright and ownership of all photographs produced during your session.
What This Means

Clients are granted personal use rights to their purchased images, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal or professional spaces.

Images may not be altered, edited, sold, entered into competitions, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Credit to the photographer is always appreciated when images are shared online.

Client Privacy
We respect your privacy. If you prefer that your images not be used in marketing or promotional materials, please provide this request in writing prior to your session.
Client Policy & Deposit Terms
1. Booking & Deposits
All sessions must be booked in advance and require a 25% refundable deposit (see rescheduling below) to secure the date and time. Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by email. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows, and late arrivals more than 15 minutes
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session. If canceled after 7 days of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows, late arrivals more than 15 minutes, or clients who arrive with more guests than agreed upon will forfeit their deposit and may be charged a rescheduling fee at the photographer's discretion.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment once, with at least 7 days’ notice, for any reason. Rescheduling requests made 7 days after the original session may result in the loss of the deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon by H & H Photography and Lillian Charles Photography.
4. Delivery Timeline
Image delivery will vary based on session type and the number of final photos. Turnaround time is typically between 72 hours and 7 days. Clients will be notified of estimated delivery times at or after their session.
5. Copyright & Image Usage
All images captured by H & H Photography, Lillian Charles Photography, Lillian-Charles.com, & HeatherBures.com are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients may not alter, edit, or distribute images for commercial use unless a written image release has been signed. The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
6. Agreement
By booking a session with H & H Photography and Lillian Charles Photography, the client agrees to these policies and terms.
