Client Policy & Refund Policy
1. Booking & Deposits
All sessions must be booked in advance and require a 25% refundable deposit to secure the date and time. Bookings may be made online, by phone, or by email. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows, and late arrivals more than 15 minutes
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled session. If canceled after 7 days of the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. No-shows, late arrivals more than 15 minutes, or clients who arrive with more guests than agreed upon forfeit their deposit and may be charged a rescheduling fee at the discretion of the photographer.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment once, with at least 7 days’ notice, for any reason. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the original session may result in loss of the deposit unless otherwise agreed upon by Lillian Charles Photography, LLC.
4. Delivery Timeline
Image delivery will vary based on session type and number of final photos. Turnaround time is typically between 72 hours and 7 days. Clients will be notified of estimated delivery times at or after their session.
5. Copyright & Image Usage
All images captured by Lillian Charles Photography, LLC are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients may not alter, edit, or distribute images for commercial use unless a written image release has been signed. The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
6. Agreement
By booking a session with Lillian Charles Photography, LLC, the client agrees to these policies and terms.
